• Processing Time: Orders take 7–10 business days to process. During peak periods, processing may extend up to 15 business days (Fridays and official holidays are not included).

• Cancellations & Returns: No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted unless the item has a manufacturing defect, which must be reported with photos within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• Color & Size Selection: Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct size and color when placing the order.

• Customizations: No changes to the design or additional requests can be made once the order has been confirmed and payment completed.

• Refunds: Paid amounts are non-refundable once payment/transfer is completed.

• Shipping & Delivery: The store is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company after the order has been handed over to them.

• Damage During Shipping: The store is not responsible for any damage to the product after it has been handed over to the shipping company.

• Customized Orders: Special/custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.

• Discounted & Promotional Items: Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange.
