Refund policy

• Processing Time: Orders take 7–10 business days to process. During peak periods, processing may extend up to 15 business days (Fridays and official holidays are not included).

• Cancellations & Returns: No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted unless the item has a manufacturing defect, which must be reported with photos within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• Color & Size Selection: Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct size and color when placing the order.

• Customizations: No changes to the design or additional requests can be made once the order has been confirmed and payment completed.

• Refunds: Paid amounts are non-refundable once payment/transfer is completed.

• Shipping & Delivery: The store is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company after the order has been handed over to them.

• Customized Orders: Special/custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.

• Discounted & Promotional Items: Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Communication: For any inquiries or concerns, customers must contact us through the store’s official communication channels during working hours.

 

مدة المعالجة: يستغرق تجهيز الطلبات من 7 إلى 10 أيام عمل. وخلال فترات الذروة قد تمتد المدة حتى 15 يوم عمل (لا تُحتسب أيام الجمعة والإجازات الرسمية).

الإلغاء والإرجاع: لا تُقبل أي طلبات إلغاء أو إرجاع أو استبدال إلا في حالة وجود عيبٍ تصنيعي في المنتج، ويجب الإبلاغ عنه خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب مع إرفاق صور واضحة.

اختيار اللون والمقاس: يتحمّل العميل وحده مسؤولية اختيار المقاس واللون الصحيحين عند إتمام الطلب.

التخصيصات: لا يمكن إجراء أي تغييرات على التصميم أو إضافة طلبات إضافية بعد تأكيد الطلب وإتمام الدفع.

المبالغ المستردّة: المبالغ المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد إتمام الدفع/التحويل.

الشحن والتسليم: المتجر غير مسؤول عن أي تأخير ناتج عن شركة الشحن بعد تسليم الطلب إليها.

الطلبات المخصّصة: لا يمكن إلغاء أو تعديل الطلبات الخاصة/المخصّصة بعد تأكيدها.

المنتجات المخفّضة والعروض الترويجية: المنتجات المشتراة ضمن التخفيضات أو العروض الترويجية غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال.

التواصل: لأي استفسارات أو ملاحظات، التواصل عبر قنوات المتجر الرسمية خلال ساعات العمل.
